Dior Pre-Fall 2025 Defilesi İçin Japonya’ya Döndü

Dior, Pre-Fall 2025 koleksiyonunu Japonya’nın kültürel başkentlerinden Kyoto’da, Tō-ji Tapınağı’nın olağanüstü bahçesinde sunuyor. Bu özel defile moda evinin ve Monsieur Christian Dior’un Japon kültürüne ve estetiğine duyduğu hayranlığa saygı duruşu niteliği taşırken, kreatif direktör Maria Grazia Chiuri’nin vizyonu doğrultusunda markanın kökleriyle yeniden bağlantı kuran bir anlatı kuruluyor. Chiuri farklı kültürlerin giyinme pratiklerini araştırarak bu gelenekler arasındaki köprülerden bir koleksiyon yaratmayı amaçlıyor, bu sebeple koleksiyondaki parçalara hem iki boyutlu hem üç boyutlu yaklaşımlarda bulunuyor. Bu yaklaşımın asıl örnekleri Christian Dior’un 1957 Sonbahar/Kış koleksiyonu için kimononun üzerine giyilebilmesi adına yarattığı Diorpaletot ve Diorcoat tasarımları olurken, bu koleksiyonda da bu orijinal tasarımlardan ilham alan farklı parçalar görülebiliyor. Geleneksel kimono formunun modern yorumlamaları ve Japon bahçelerinin silüetlerini yansıtan çiçek desenleri, Japonya’ya özgü güçlü tekstil kültürüyle birlikte bol kesim parçalarda buluşuyor. Bazen katı formda bazen daha akışkan formda gördüğümüz bu silüetler Fransız zarafeti ile Japon zanaatinin ortak bir yansıması oluyor.
